If you have made an mistake in your order, you can ask for a refund up to 7-days after the start of your trial period.

Maikai Technology Ltd respects the rights of each of our clients, particularly the right for a refund in case of being unsatisfied with the provided services.

Also, we announce that if our client was already charged he can change his mind and make a request for a refund.

Any refund requests you may demand shall be treated with our absolute care and attention.

- Refund of an amount which is more than the original amount is forbidden.

Maikai Technology Ltd guarantees support to each client in case of any disputes connected to the refunds.


European law principally provides a right of withdrawal on digital content sales. However, it can be and typically is excluded for digital content provided instantly to the end user. At the same time, Maikai Technology Ltd voluntarily offers refunds to all of its customers in a way that is much more customer-friendly than our legal obligations.

In particular, we allow you to try our digital product during the 7 day trial, whereas your statutory right of withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund.

As a result, even if your statutory right of withdrawal ends immediately upon purchase, you may still request a refund of your purchase pursuant to our own refund policy and our sole discretion.


European Union customers have a right of withdrawal from certain transactions under the terms of EU law.

The client that has paid a transaction fee, has a right to request a refund if the Eligibility Criteria are met. Refund can only be considered when the client definitely follows these Eligibility Criteria. In case if the client does not agree to follow the rules, Maikai Technology Ltd reserves the right to decline the client’s refund request.

When you are going to apply for a refund, you need to complete and send a request using the contact form on the website, or by sending in an email to with 'Refund Request’ in the subject line.

To make sure that the request for a refund is veritable, we always check all the information. And that is why we refer to the client to provide us with such identification information: email, phone number, the first and the last name, address used when signing up, and any other details that prove the original transaction. If the client does not provide us with needed information or if any doubts according to the provided information have arisen, Maikai Technology Ltd can and may refuse the client’s refund request.

The client`s refund form is always processed at a proper rate. Response time is variable depending on the reasons for such refund request. The decision made by Maikai Technology Ltd regarding the client`s refund request will be announced to the client as soon as reasonably possible.


We assist our clients via or by phone within 14 days after the transaction that you don't agree with was made.

We use only the same means of payment making a refund which the client has used.

Only the second transaction can be reimbursed because the client always makes the first transaction independently by accepting the conditions written on the website. The client confirms his acceptance by ticking the checkboxes before making a transaction for the first time.

We reserve a right to proceed with only a partial refund; we decide it individually in each case.

We don't make cash refunds.

All the refunds are provided by our authorized billing agents.


In case of need, we can ask the client to provide additional information within 14 days from the refund request. And this information must be provided also within 14 days following this request.

We inform our clients about the resolution according to their refund requests within:

- 5 business days after receiving appropriate requested information

- 5 business days after receiving the refund request form if we don`t need any additional information

We make a refund within 10 business days after making a decision that the client is entitled to a refund.

The client cannot get a refund if:

- the necessary information was not provided within the indicated terms

- the client is suspected to be involved in a fraudulent or illegal activity

- we don`t see any rational ground for the refund


We expect our clients to get in touch with us in case of any issues connected to the transactions for the services Maikai Technology Ltd provides. We can solve all the problems encountered without having to request for a chargeback from the banks.

We contact the client`s Issuing Bank to get the additional information about the client and the disputed transaction. We reserve the right for using third-party services to process received chargebacks and note that we do follow a compliant dispute process.

We can temporarily discontinue the client's account and suppress client's transactions while making a chargeback investigation.

The client cannot be refunded if the chargeback was requested.


The additional funds can be accrued to the initial payment, conversion of funds and they are not refundable.

From time to time Maikai Technology Ltd reserves the right to correct the Refund Policy if there have been changes in the legislation.

If for any reason the client cannot accept the renewed Refund Policy, he is recommended to refuse to use the services of Maikai Technology Ltd and leave the website.

Maikai Technology Ltd is not responsible for any losses (special/incidental, direct/indirect) or damages, including lost profits related to the, using Maikai Technology Ltd services, amounts or processing time of the refund information.
